Responsibilities Lead business development efforts to acquire new clients for staffing and recruitment services. Visiting Clients Place for building potential business relationship. primary responsibility will be to secure new clients and enhance our presence within the recruitment industry Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients. Negotiate and close deals that contribute to our growth and success. Generating new business clients and increase the revenue generation model. Maintain and build relationships with Clients. Follow up consistently with prospects through calls, emails, and visits.
