Roles & Responsibilities -

Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
Oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient and safe receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
Leading, motivating, and supervising warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
Developing and implementing processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.

Job Requirement

Bachelor's in Technology with 10+ years of experience in warehouse management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies.
Having good exposure in ERP platform for MM & WMS
