VIDYA is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Manager to lead and manage its education and empowerment initiatives in Chennai. This role involves overseeing the VIDYA Centre of Excellence , coordinating school-based programs, and ensuring smooth implementation of training initiatives for youth and women from underprivileged communities. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the VIDYA Centre of Excellence Oversee English, computer literacy, and vocational training programs Coordinate with school-based programs and community outreach initiatives Supervise trainers, facilitators, volunteers, and support staff Handle mobilization drives, stakeholder engagement, and donor activities Monitor program outcomes, maintain documentation, and support evaluations Oversee administration, procurement, and center maintenance Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Education, or related fields 3–5 years of experience in program or center management, preferably in the development or education sector Proficiency in English and Tamil (spoken and written preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Competence in MS Office and report writing We’re looking for someone passionate about social impact, education, and community development.
