Talent Acquisition professional

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions (

    white-collar and/or blue-collar - Pan India

    ).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define job requirements.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and walk-ins, NGO, Local Consultants etc
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate applicants based on job criteria and culture fit.
  • Coordinate and conduct recruitment drives, job fairs, and campus hiring.
  • Handle bulk or high-volume recruitment for factory, warehouse, or field roles.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment dashboards.
  • Manage offer process, salary negotiations, and pre-onboarding formalities.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations for smooth onboarding and induction.
  • Monitor and reduce time-to-hire and cost-per-hire metrics.
