Description - External

1. Achieve sales Budget

   Automation products– VFD, PLC, HMI, Soft Starter, AHF
2. Software Solution – SmartComm Process ( SCADA )

3. Sales Presentation and Proposal

   Understand client needs, gather requirements, and create Architecture.
4. Prepare proposals and engage in discussions with clients and stakeholders.
5. Collaborate with branch sales teams in segment specific sales promotion activities.

6. Market Expansion

   Explore new markets, geographies, or customer segments.
7. Identify growth opportunities and develop entry strategies.
8. Identify & appointment of new System Integrators having expertise in WWW segment.

9. Collaboration with CFT

   Collaborate with Business development teams in getting the required approvals for our products & solution from consultants and key End Users

10. Building Relationships

    Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
11. Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to expand their network.

Key Competencies:

1. Awareness of industrial automation market trends (Country) especially related to IoT & software. Domain Knowledge of Water and waste water segment
2. Understanding market requirements and competition activities
3. Understanding of channels sales and development of channels
4. Knowledge of Industrial Automation System, Software solutions, Industry segments
5. Technology - IIOT, Software Solutions, Operational efficiency and process efficiency

Qualifications - External

B.E. / B.Tech

Experience: 6-10 years
