Ltd. is looking for a skilled and proactive Sales Manager to lead regional sales operations in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in capital equipment/institutional sales , the ability to communicate fluently in Kannada and English , and the confidence to drive business development across OEMs and Tier 1 clients. Key Responsibilities Respond to inquiries and promote Supershine’s full range of products in the industrial laundry space. Drive lead generation, RFQs, feasibility assessments, negotiations , and business closures . Strategically manage key institutional clients and grow existing accounts. Expand market reach through new client acquisition and regional language communication . Manage and execute OEM/Tier 1 sales strategies and forging business development. Prepare annual sales budgets, set sales targets, and monitor team performance. Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to refine GTM strategy. Generate and maintain MIS reports related to sales performance. Contribute to spare part sales and work as profit center head. Professional Experience Minimum 5 years in industrial laundry or heavy capital equipment sales. Strong experience in institutional/B2B sales and end-to-end sales operations. Required Skills Proficiency in MS Office Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in Kannada and English (both spoken and written) Additional Requirements Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for travel Willingness to travel within Karnataka for client meetings Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 27/04/2025
