Required Qualification - Minimum Graduation in any field. (B. Com, BBA, MBA)
Experience - Minimum 5 years
Required - Strong Communication & Presentation skills (English, Hindi, Marathi)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist the Head of Production & Procurement in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers
· Develop new dealers and distributors.
· Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)
· Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
· Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
· Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates
· Monitor retail operating costs, budgets and resources
· Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs
· Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning
· Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues, expenses and competition
· To follow the instructions / responsibilities given by your superiors from time to time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
