Job Purpose To assist in outreach for the long duration programmes (PGP Suite) ensuring quality and profile of students as per AFA objectives. Job Outline The incumbent is responsible for assisting in entire gamut of outreach activities for AFA for attracting a superior quality of students for the full-time residential PGP programme (PGP, & PGP YL) ensuring the goals of Class size, quality and revenues are met. To meet the above objective, the incumbent will be required to assist in organizing various road shows, information sessions, logistics, and lead & funnel management. The incumbent will be required to work closely with the Digital Marketing team and Operations team of AFA. Job Specification Knowledge / Education Management education (MBA/ EMBA) from a reputed institute will be preferred Specific Skills Sales and Business Development Communication (written and verbal) Presentation skills Lead and Funnel management. Comfortable in working odd hours/weekends Desirable Experience 6+ years. Should be preferably from sales driven environment, knowledge of digital marketing will be an added advantage Job Interface/Relationships: Internal AFA Process Team Marketing & Communications Team ISB Students Key Responsibilities and % Time Spent Lead Generation and conversion - 40% Assistance in Road shows, Info sessions and conducting college outreach activities - 30% Coordination with and assisting inbound callers on queries - 20% Assistance in completion of applications - 10% Any Other Significant Input The incumbent should preferably be from a good management school. S/he will be assisting the Sr. Associate Director of Admissions in managing the outreach activities specifically targeted to states in South of India. The position is a number driven profile, incumbent should be comfortable working on weekends as well as travel within India.
