Job Title - Manager Marketing & Sales Location - Bangalore Geographical Coverage - South India Exp - 10 +yrs Purpose - Job Purpose : Responsible for managing the sales in Karnataka, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets and promoting the organization’s presence in Karnataka. In addition, planning visits and deputation of Executive (Sales & Service) to customer site for trials, product application and attending complaints. Responsibilities - · Responsible for Sales and Business Development of Forging & Die Casting Industry related products of DKK India · Responsible for tracking customer order delivery status · Responsible for collection of payment of customers in designated area · Responsible for arranging and supervising trials / application of our products at customer locations. Subsequently, generate trial and regular order. · Maintain contact with all customers to ensure high level of customer satisfaction · Act as a link between customer and company to understand customer’s needs & offer solutions · Maintain market intelligence – Competitors details, Customers financial stability and market reliability. · Report weekly and monthly visits to Directors’ · Review and report monthly sales target vs achieved sales · Customer visit feedback and test reports to be submitted · Report timely grievance from customer (if any) Key Requirements for the Role : a) Male candidate b) Graduate/Post Graduate c) Should possess good communication skills with pleasing personality d) Proficiency in written & spoken English e) Should have experience of min. 10-12 years working in related field (Integrated Steel Plant) f) Should have good Computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel & MS Power Point Knowledge & Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering OR Bachelor in Science Key Skills Required : a) Fast learner b) Interpersonal skills c) Good analytical skills d) Good communication skills e) Having problem solving skills f) Being able to work alone or with team g) Email writing h) Time management Perks - Provident Fund, Life Insurance, Accident Insurance etc. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Application Question(s): Do you know Kannada?
