We're hiring Manager – Contracts and Procurement for a Real Estate Developer Firm.
Department: Procurement / Supply ChainLocation: Cunninghum Road, BangaloreEducation: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (MBA preferred)Experience: 12–14 years in civil & MEP procurement (Real estate/infrastructure sector preferred)
Job Purpose:
To manage end-to-end procurement activities for civil materials and MEP services, ensuring timely vendor finalization, order closures with cost efficiency, quality compliance, and alignment with project timelines.
Job Responsibilities:
1) Material/Services Procurement: Handling BOQs, issuing RFQs, quotation evaluation, vendor negotiations.
2) Vendor Management: Supplier development, performance reviews, database maintenance.
3) Commercial Operations: Preparing POs/WOs, coordinating with accounts, ensuring budget compliance.
4) Logistics & Coordination: Monitoring delivery schedules, inventory planning, and site coordination.
5) Documentation & Compliance: Ensuring proper procurement documentation and policy adherence.
Prefered Skills:
a) Strong negotiation and communication abilitiesb) Expertise in civil construction & MEP contractsc) Proficiency in ERP/SAP or other procurement platformsd) Commercial acumen and multi-vendor handlinge) Knowledge of taxation (GST, TDS) and contract legalities
