Job Overview:

Civil Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, supervise, and execute all civil construction works: RCC foundations, silos, chimneys, buildings, etc.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal departments for project execution.
Monitor quality, safety, and site progress.
Approve contractor bills, ensure timely completion of civil milestones.
Maintain documentation and report progress to the Project Head.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in cement plant/industrial project civil works
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, civil codes, QA/QC standards
Excellent site management, leadership, and coordination skills

Preferred Background:

Experience in executing greenfield or brownfield cement plant projects
Exposure to large-scale industrial EPC projects
