🚀 We’re Hiring: Channel Sales Manager | IT Industry

📍 Location: Jaipur

📅 Experience Required: 4–8 years in Channel Sales (IT Sector)

Are you a growth-driven leader with a flair for building and scaling partner networks in the IT space? We’re looking for a Channel Sales Manager who can lead, manage, and expand our partner ecosystem with strategic thinking and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Channel Development:- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners and resellers across regions.
2. Relationship Management:- Build strong, long-term relationships with partners to ensure alignment with Sarv’s product vision and goals.
3. Sales Enablement:- Equip partners with the necessary tools, training, and resources to successfully sell Sarv’s unified communication solutions.
4. Performance Tracking:- Monitor partner performance and collaborate to drive joint sales plans, marketing campaigns, and co-branded initiatives.
5. Market Intelligence:- Gather market feedback through partners to help improve product offerings and positioning.
6. Collaboration:- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to develop partner programs and promotional strategies.

🔹 Requirements:

• 4-8 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or B2B tech sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• Proven success in growing a partner ecosystem, ideally within the SaaS or communication technology sector.
• Self-starter attitude with a passion for relationship-building and business development
• Excellent communication, relationship-building & problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
