Looking to onboard a skilled professional with 13-16 years of experience to join our team as a Manager - Business Intelligence in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business intelligence and analytics, with excellent problem-solving skills. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement business intelligence strategies to drive growth and improvement. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements. Design and maintain databases and data systems to support business intelligence initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business intelligence solutions into existing processes. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in business intelligence. Job Strong understanding of business intelligence principles and practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with CRM/IT enabled services/BPO industry is preferred. Ability to lead and manage high-performing teams. Strong knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools. Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications are an asset.
