Manager - Business Development

About the Role:

We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Business Development Manager with proven experience in the IT sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT services and solutions (e.g., software development, digital transformation, cloud services).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to clients.
• Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
• Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring long-term value for both the client and the company.
• Maintain and update CRM systems to track pipeline and sales activities.
• Attend networking events, conferences, and industry forums to build market presence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT business development or B2B sales within the tech industry.
• Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and business communication platforms.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in working with international clients (US, UK, Middle East markets).
• Familiarity with SaaS, cloud platforms, and digital transformation services.
• Strong network within the local and regional IT ecosystem.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
