Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in our digital marketing services. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting them into long-term clients. A strong understanding of SEO, PPC, web design, and digital platforms is essential. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the digital marketing space. Generate qualified leads through e-mailing, networking, digital outreach, and social platforms. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement. Understand client goals and propose customized digital marketing solutions. Prepare business proposals, negotiate terms, and successfully close deals. Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to revenue growth. Keep up with market trends, industry updates, and competitor activities. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus). At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, web design) or business development. Knowledge of IT like web/mobile development is an advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently, stay goal-focused, and handle international clients is a plus.
