We are looking for a dynamic and motivated B2B Manager to lead the development and support of our agent and recruitment partnership network across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the international education sector, possess excellent communication skills, and have well-established industry relationships.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the B2B/B2C international education, Sales, and Marketing is required.
• Strong local industry connections and a reputation for integrity.
• Proven relationship management skills and the ability to build and maintain professional partnerships.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and support the agent and recruitment partnership network, providing consistent day-to-day support.
• Manage client relationships with a focus on revenue growth and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with agents, admission teams, and universities to ensure the timely submission of required documents for student offer letters.
• Strengthen and maintain relationships with existing partners and clients to foster long-term success and loyalty.

Pay: ₹40,000.72 - ₹61,294.52 per month
