Role Description

Campaign Management & Execution:

  • Oversee the end-to-end setup, trafficking, and launch

    of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms
  • Ensure accurate implementation of ad tags, tracking pixels, and creative assets

  • Proactively monitor campaign performance

    (impressions, clicks, conversions, viewability, etc.) and identify potential delivery issues or discrepancies
  • Implement optimization strategies

    to improve campaign performance and achieve client KPIs (e.g., pacing adjustments, creative rotations, targeting refinements)
  • Manage troubleshooting

    for technical issues related to ad serving, tracking, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance

    with industry standards, brand safety guidelines, and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)

Strategic Planning & Process Improvement:

  • Contribute to the development and refinement of Ad Operations best practices, workflows, and protocols.

  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains

    in campaign management.
  • Evaluate and recommend new ad tech tools or platforms

    to enhance capabilities.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams

    on integrations and feature enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation

    for operational procedures and guidelines.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Oversee the generation and delivery of accurate and timely campaign performance reports

    to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze campaign data

    to derive actionable insights and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Manage discrepancy resolution

    with third-party vendors and internal finance teams.
  • Develop custom reports

    as needed to meet specific client or business requirements.

Stakeholder Communication & Relationship Management:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact

    for sales, account management, creative, and technical teams regarding campaign execution.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively

    on campaign status, performance, and any potential issues.
  • Collaborate with sales and account teams

    to understand client objectives and translate them into technical campaign requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships

    with ad tech vendors and partners.


Qualifications

  • Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns
  • Knowledge of advertising platforms and analytics tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in e-commerce industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
