Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Management Trainee. The Management Trainee will be involved in various tasks such as supporting senior management in day-to-day operations, analyzing business processes, assisting in project management, conducting research, and contributing to strategic planning. The role also includes participating in training programs to develop leadership and management skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Project management and coordination abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to work on-site in Jaipur
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
