About The Role We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support and execute marketing initiatives across digital, social, and offline channels. You will work closely with the marketing manager and cross-functional teams to help grow brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business goals. Job Responsibilities Assist in Marketing Campaigns Support the execution and tracking of marketing campaigns across social media and other digital channels. Help ensure timelines and KPIs are met. Content Creation & Management Draft and edit a variety of marketing materials including newsletters, blog posts, emails, and social media content. Coordinate with designers and external vendors to produce marketing collateral. Collaboration Work closely with the marketing agency to align on messaging and campaign direction. Assist in internal cross-functional communications to ensure consistent and effective rollout of marketing initiatives. Database Management Manage and maintain internal marketing databases, ensuring contact lists and segmentation are up to date and accurate. Campaign Performance & Reporting Monitor the performance of marketing initiatives and help prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations. Social Media Support Schedule, post, and track content across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and X. Engage with audiences and support community growth. Website & Content Updates Support website maintenance and content updates to ensure accuracy, relevance, and SEO optimization. Market Research Conduct basic research on market trends, competitors, and audience behavior to support campaign planning. Qualifications Bachelor’s in Communications, Business, or a related field. MBA in Marketing is an added advantage. 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role. Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, Canva, or similar platforms. Comfortable working with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.). Creative thinking with a willingness to take initiative and learn. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of basic design and content creation principles is a plus.
