About The Job Lucent Innovation is seeking a passionate and skilled ReactJs Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad (Chandkheda). As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing user interfaces for our web applications using ReactJs and related technologies. You will play a crucial role in translating client requirements and designs into high-quality, interactive, and responsive web experiences. Location : Ahmedabad (Chandkheda) Experience : 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in frontend development with a strong focus on ReactJs and JavaScript. Joining Timeline : Immediate Joiners OR candidates available within a maximum of 1 month notice period are highly preferred. Notice period serving candidates are also encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Develop and maintain user interfaces using ReactJs, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Implement and manage application state using Redux. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented JavaScript code adhering to ES6+ standards. Utilize jQuery for specific UI interactions and DOM manipulation when necessary. Understand and implement complex logic using fundamental programming concepts like loops (for, if, switch), arrays, and basic mathematical concepts. Integrate with backend RESTful APIs to fetch and display data effectively. Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into functional and visually appealing web applications. Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend developers to ensure seamless integration and optimal user experience. Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues, and implement effective solutions. Adapt to evolving project requirements and instructions with flexibility and a proactive approach. Contribute to improving development processes and code quality. Required Skills Must-have : Strong proficiency in ReactJs and its core principles. Solid understanding and practical experience with JavaScript (ES6+). Experience with state management libraries, particularly Redux. Working knowledge of jQuery. Strong grasp of fundamental programming concepts including : Looping structures (for, if, switch) Array manipulation and operations Basic mathematical concepts relevant to programming Proficient in HTML5 and CSS3. Solid understanding and experience in consuming and integrating with RESTful APIs. Basic understanding of Computer Science fundamentals. Good To Have (Extra Benefits) Experience with NodeJs for backend development or related tooling. Familiarity with CSS preprocessors like SCSS. Experience with version control systems, particularly Git. Knowledge of module bundlers and task runners like Webpack (and its NodeJs plugins).
