Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Logistics Coordinator to oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations of our company. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations, ensuring efficient transportation and distribution of products. They will collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure all operations run smoothly and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistics activities, including shipping and receiving of goods, inventory management, and transportation.
• Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints related to logistics.
• Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs.
• Communicate with suppliers, retailers, and customers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.
• Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.
• Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes, and process shipments.
• Direct, optimize, and coordinate full order cycle.
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as logistics coordinator or similar role.
• Experience in customer service will be appreciated.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
• Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP).
• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or relevant field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
