About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Logistics Assistant to manage dispatch coordination, documentation, and communication with bhiwandi warehouses Ambernath facility. Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound logistics activities
• Coordinate with transporters and internal departments for dispatch planning
• Prepare and maintain dispatch-related documents (delivery challans, invoices, E-way bills)
• Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries
• Maintain dispatch registers and stock movement records
• Liaise with warehouse staff for loading/unloading and stock verification
• Generate and update dispatch reports in Excel
• Support compliance with transport and safety regulations
• Coordinate for export logistics, if applicable
• Manage vehicle's (goods carrier) daily planning
• Coordinate with driver / cleaner for timely movement & to avoid gaps in transit

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or warehouse operations
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, email communication & E-way bill generation
• Good coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills
• Experience in the chemical or manufacturing sector is an added advantage
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team player

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
