Job Description

Position: Lithium Inverter Sales Executive / Area Sales Manager (ASM) Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Field & Technical Sales Location: PAN India Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream; Technical background preferred) Industry: Power, Renewable Energy, Battery/Inverter, Electrical/Electronics Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive/ASM with at least 2 years of experience in technical and field sales to join our Lithium Inverter division. The ideal candidate should possess strong product knowledge, field sales capability, and the ability to drive business across PAN India markets. Key Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and onboard new dealers, distributors, and channel partners. Promote and sell lithium inverters and associated power backup products. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and field visits. Handle end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, negotiation, and closure. Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and expand market reach. Prepare and share regular sales reports and market insights with management. Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key clients. Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, and marketing activities as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of field sales experience, preferably in battery/inverter/power-related products. Graduation is mandatory; technical education (Diploma/B.Tech) is a plus. Strong understanding of lithium battery/inverter technology is preferred. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively across India. Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic reporting. Preferred Background: Experience in selling power backup products, electrical appliances, or energy solutions. Exposure to B2B, dealer/distributor networks, or project sales. Remuneration: Competitive salary + Incentives + Travel Allowance Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager / National Sales Head
