Solar Technician

Job Title: Solar Engineer – Location: Tricity (Chandigarh, Panchkula, Mohali) Job Type: Full-Time Experience: Minimum 2 years in solar Qualification: 12th Pass and above Language Requirement: English not required Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Solar Engineer to manage and execute rooftop solar projects across the Tricity region. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with solar installations and basic technical know-how. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and execute rooftop solar installations at various sites Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and customers Ensure installation is as per approved design and safety standards Handle tools, panels, inverters, wiring, and other solar equipment Troubleshoot on-site issues and resolve them efficiently Maintain project reports and site logs Perform testing and commissioning of solar systems Requirements: Minimum 12th Pass; ITI/Diploma preferred but not mandatory At least 2 year of experience in rooftop solar installation Knowledge of basic electrical and solar systems Physically fit and willing to travel within the Tricity region Ability to manage labor and work under deadlines Hindi/Punjabi communication skills preferred
