About This Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Risk Specialist to work in Counterparty Risk Management team supporting limits & exceptions processing, assisting in monitoring and escalation for effective risk management.

In This Role, You Will

• Ensure limit approvals, grade approvals and transaction approvals, as provided by LOB credit/Risk office via FAF (Facility Acknowledgement Form), are recorder in Risk Systeam on a daily basis.
• Daily review of CoRS exceptions (limit breaches and tenor violations) and notification to Front Line and Credit Risk officers
• Daily quality assurance if limits and grades inputs by Credit Admin team on behalf of Risk Officers.
• Ensure escalation of unresolved and unapproved exceptions to Front Line, Risk Officers and Senior Management on a monthly basis.
• Ensure all limits and grades processes remain effective and in compliance with policy requirements and regulatory guidance.
  

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of market risk, Capital Markets, desk analyst, trading, interest rate risk or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 2+ years of experience on SQL, Microsoft Excel, & VBA
• Excellent communication skills
  

Required Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa only:

• Experience in Capital Markets, trading or interest rate risk, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
