You will be instrumental in supporting strategic projects such as product launch programs and integrated campaigns. This is a high-impact role requiring close collaboration with portfolio marketing, product management, commercial teams, campaign operations, and regional marketing stakeholders. Your Responsibilities: Cross-Portfolio Messaging & Positioning: Develop and maintain strategic, cross-portfolio messaging that reflects the full value of Rockwell's connected ecosystem of products, services, and software. Translate complex technical capabilities into outcome-based customer narratives and visual frameworks that align with business goals. Contribute to the development and governance of messaging standards, storytelling frameworks, and executive-level narratives (including L100 messaging). Strategic Solution Development: Drive the articulation and communication of solution-based go-to-market strategies across industries and buyer personas. Ensure governance and adherence to messaging frameworks and positioning guidelines. Collaborate with campaign, content, and regional teams to ensure messaging is scaled consistently and adapted appropriately. Support coordinated launch activities for new offerings that span multiple portfolios, partnering with business units and enablement teams to ensure readiness across global regions. Integrated Campaign & Go-to-Market Strategy: Contribute to the design and execution of integrated, cross-portfolio campaigns centered on solving key customer challenges with holistic solutions. Support development of scalable, repeatable GTM processes for campaigns and launches across the enterprise. Ensuring that horizontal solution messaging resonates across industries and aligns with customer needs, market trends, and commercial priorities. The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field. Overall 10+ Years of experience and 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong background in solution marketing, product marketing, or integrated campaign strategy. Experience developing messaging and positioning for complex solutions. Experience leading or supporting cross-portfolio, industry-focused marketing programs. Ability to collaborate across a matrixed organization. Excellent written and verbal English. The Preferred - You Might Also Have: Experience in the industrial automation Familiarity with Rockwell Automation's portfolio or customer base. Experience contributing to M&A integration from a marketing perspective.
