Responsibilities
-Lead the design process from concept to execution for commercial projects (corporate, hospitality)
-Develop space planning layouts that reflect brand identity and maximize functionality
-Guide and review the work of junior designers and support team members
-Oversee client meetings, design presentations, and material finalizations
-Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure timely project delivery
-Ensure compliance with design standards, budgets, and timelines
Requirements -Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
-5–8 years of experience in commercial interiors, with a proven leadership role
-Strong expertise in space planning and design documentation
-Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and project management tools
-Excellent communication, leadership, and site coordination skills
