Full Stack Development Engineer (React.js + Java)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Development Engineer with a strong emphasis on React.js for frontend and Java (Spring Boot) for backend development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance web applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to build responsive and intuitive user interfaces and robust backend services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy high-quality web applications using React.js and Java (Spring Boot)

• Collaborate with product and design teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate frontend with backend services

• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices

• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development

• Strong expertise in React.js (functional components, hooks, context/state management, routing)

• Solid backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs

• Familiarity with frontend build tools and version control systems like Webpack, Babel, Git

• Good understanding of modern development workflows including CI/CD pipelines

• Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and cloud services is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Knowledge of microservices architecture

• Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker/Kubernetes
