Lead EHS at ACG PAM Pharma Technologies Pvt. Ltd, Talegaon - Pune

Key responsibilities:

✅ Align operations with legal and statutory compliance

✅ Implement sustainable OHSE practices across plant and aftermarket sites

✅ Drive global certifications (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001)

✅ Foster a proactive safety culture through training, audits, and risk assessments

✅ Collaborate cross-functionally to embed safety into every process & functions—from design to delivery

✅ Implementing integrated HSE systems aligned with ACGE’s global strategy

✅ Leading audits, inspections, and legal compliance across sites

✅ Driving risk assessments (HIRA), emergency preparedness, and fire safety

✅ Conducting impactful training and awareness programs

✅ Managing stakeholder engagement with DISH, MPCB, MARG, and other authorities

With a strong focus on:

🔹 Strategic planning & execution

🔹 Legal compliance & stakeholder engagement

🔹 Fire safety, emergency preparedness, and incident investigation

🔹 HIRA, aspect-impact assessments, and continuous improvement

🔹 People development and safety leadership on the shop floor

Qualifications & Certifications

• 🎓

  ADIS

  (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety – MSBTE)
• 🎓

  Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering

• ✅

  Lead Auditor

  for global EHS certifications (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001)

Experience Snapshot

• 📌 9–10 years of total experience, including 4–5 years in core HSE roles (Safety Officer/Executive)
