Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a US IT Recruiter located in Vadodara. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various IT positions. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, posting job advertisements, conducting interviews, and managing candidate communications through the hiring process.
