Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Sous Chef located in Ahmedabad. The Junior Sous Chef will assist in the daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating. Responsibilities also include maintaining kitchen hygiene, managing inventory, and ensuring that all dishes adhere to the quality standards set by The Project Cafe. The role involves working closely with the Head Chef to create and execute menus, as well as training and supervising junior kitchen staff.
