Job Description

About the Role:


Ventuno is a B2B SaaS platform powering video streaming services across Web, Mobile, and Connected TVs. We're looking for a Junior QA Engineer to help us ensure a seamless and high-performance experience for our OTT clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Test OTT apps across Web, Android/iOS Mobile, and Smart/Connected TVs
  • Execute manual and exploratory testing to ensure app performance, usability, and stability
  • Perform API testing using Postman
  • Create and maintain detailed test cases and test reports
  • Report, document, and track issues using Jira or Notion
  • Work closely with developers, designers, and the product team
  • Perform regression and smoke testing during release cycles

    • What We’re Looking For:


    • 1–3 years of hands-on QA experience (Manual Testing); freshers with strong project/internship experience may also apply
    • Experience testing Web and Mobile Apps (iOS/Android); bonus if you’ve worked on OTT or Smart TV platforms
    • Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman
    • Basic understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies
    • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
    • Experience with Selenium or scripting languages (Python/JavaScript) is a plus


    Bonus:


    • Exposure to OTT apps on platforms like Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, etc.
    • Interest in automation and performance testing
