Job Description

What Were Looking For

Were seeking a Junior Product Manager from a premium institute (like IIT) who is smart, analytical, and eager to grow in a fast-paced product-driven environment. The role requires sharp problem-solving skills, strong ownership, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in defining product vision and strategy aligned with business goals
Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams for product development
Conduct user research, surveys, and competitive analysis
Translate ideas into clear product specs and user stories
Participate in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
Track key metrics and contribute to ongoing improvements
Support go-to-market plans and feature 24 years of product management experience (preferably in startups or consumer tech)
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience with tools like Jira, Figma, Mixpanel/GA
Exposure to Agile/Scrum workflows
Highly organized and a fast learner

Bonus : Experience in gaming, OTT, mobile apps, or consumer internet products
