Junior Marketing Associate

Urban Platter is redefining the way people experience food! We're seeking a Junior Marketing Associate who is passionate, creative, and social media-savvy.

What You’ll Do

1. Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns across online and offline platforms.

2. Handle daily content planning and posting for social media – especially Instagram and YouTube. Build communities on all platforms.

3. Coordinate with design and content teams to create engaging posts, reels, and updates.

4. Manage and grow the brand’s LinkedIn presence with professional content, company updates, and industry news.

5. Conduct market research and competitor tracking for campaign ideas and trends.

6. Support promotional activities, influencer collaborations, and event marketing.

7. Maintain marketing reports, track performance metrics, and suggest improvements.

8. Maintain and update the website catalogue.

9. Scale the D2C website through digital marketing activities.

What We’re Looking For:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Business, or a related field.

2. Strong communication and copywriting skills.

3. Basic understanding of social media platforms, especially YouTube and Instagram.

4. A creative mindset with attention to visual details and trends.

5. Familiarity with Canva, Google Suite, and scheduling tools is a plus.

6. Highly motivated, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
