Job Description

Customer Support Executive (Fresher)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with order placements, delivery updates, product information, and general support.
  • Coordinate with internal departments like Logistics, Sales, and Operations to resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and resolutions.
  • Work closely with the team to identify feedback and help improve the customer journey.
  • Ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction with a warm, helpful attitude.

Requirements:

  • Freshers are welcome!
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Hindi or Marathi is a bonus).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, chat tools).
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving approach.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work from our Mahim office.

Salary Range: Up to 2LPA
