Junior Business developer- IT Software

You will be responsible for developing sales strategies and generating leads for the IT services industry. Your role will involve utilizing strong negotiation and contract management skills to close high-value deals. You will need to analyze client requirements, offer expert consultation, and drive successful project closures. Understanding of IT services, SaaS, Cloud, AI, and emerging technology trends will be essential. Collaboration with the marketing team to strategize and execute marketing campaigns is required to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Proven expertise in generating referral and repeat business from clients is expected. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, outgoing, well-spoken, and quick to learn. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho is necessary. You will be responsible for managing team targets, achieving them alongside individual sales goals, and communicating with management to suggest improvements and refine sales strategies to drive service and client base expansion.
