Junior Business Associate

We are looking for a Junior Business Associate to work closely with the Business Head – Brand Strategy as their right-hand support. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn the ins and outs of client management, and business growth in an advertising agency. The selected candidate will act as a shadow to the Business Head, assisting in key projects, and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the Business Head – Brand Strategy, assisting in daily tasks, meetings, and client interactions.
• Support in crafting presentations, and business proposals.
• Coordinate between internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to gather insights for brand growth.
• Assist in preparing client reports, case studies, and campaign performance reviews.
• Manage meeting schedules, follow-ups, and documentation for strategic discussions.
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams, maintaining strong relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends and contribute fresh ideas to client strategies.
• Manage client servicing responsibilities for all branding projects, ensuring client satisfaction and timely project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in client servicing, strategy, or account management (internships in advertising preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
