Shift Timings: 10AM-7PM
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Age Requirement: 22 to 27 years

Job Summary

We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Junior Assistant to support routine office operations. The ideal candidate should have a commerce background, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage both administrative and basic accounting responsibilities. A good command of MS Excel is essential, along with hands-on experience in data analysis, MIS reporting, and internet-based research.

Key Responsibilities

o Daily admin and back-office support

o Manage meetings, schedules, and travel

o Draft letters, reports, and maintain logs

o Handle petty cash, office expenses, and basic bookkeeping

o Prepare MIS reports, manage spreadsheets, and conduct online research

Candidate Requirements

o Education: Graduate in Commerce. Candidates who have completed intermediate-level professional courses such as CA Inter / CS Executive can also apply.

o Language: Strong written English; able to draft reports and letters.

o Software Skills: Proficient in MS Excel (formulas, dashboards), email, internet research; familiar with AI tools, Zoho, or CRMs

o Experience: 2+ years in admin/back-office role; must understand basic accounting and expense tracking.
