Junior Architect-Real estate

We are hiring a Junior Architect with a strong background in real estate projects and a keen eye for design, detailing, and execution. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects — ensuring alignment with architectural standards and real estate functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare conceptual designs, working drawings, and detailed layouts for residential and commercial projects.
• Assist in planning and designing real estate layouts, elevations, floor plans, and 3D visualizations.
• Coordinate with senior architects, civil engineers, consultants, and contractors to implement designs effectively on-site.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
• Visit project sites to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design intent.
• Prepare presentations and design proposals for clients and management.
• Use software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and other architectural design tools.
• Modify and refine plans as required based on site conditions and client inputs.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Photoshop.
• Strong visualization skills and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of Vastu principles and space planning (preferred).
• Excellent communication, team collaboration, and site coordination skills.
• Must be creative, proactive, and capable of handling multiple projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
