Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Architect at FWD Architects located in Hyderabad. The Junior Architect will be responsible for architectural design, integration, and project management. They will collaborate with the team to create innovative designs that align with client requirements and integrate seamlessly with site conditions.

Responsibilities:

·        Assist senior architects in developing design concepts and plans

·        Prepare drawings, blueprints, and models using CAD software

·        Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations

·        Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs meet client needs and budget constraints

·        Attend site visits and meetings with clients and contractors

·        Support in the coordination of project schedules and deadlines

Requirements:

·        Bachelor's degree in Architecture

·        Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, etc.)

·        Strong communication and teamwork skills

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

·        Attention to detail and a creative mindset
