About the Role:

highly motivated Junior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conceptualizing and developing architectural designs and drawings
• Work on 2D and 3D modeling using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and vendors during design and execution phases
• Conduct site visits and support in project supervision
• Prepare presentations, working drawings, and documentation
• Ensure designs comply with local regulations and codes

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

• 1 year of hands-on experience

  in architectural firms or design studios
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Suite
• Understanding of materials, construction techniques, and detailing
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage time and work on multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Knowledge of sustainable/green architecture
• Experience with site coordination and vendor interaction
• Familiarity with municipal approval processes
