Jr. Lead Generation Executives

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified B2B leads using channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and platforms like Upwork, Clutch, etc.
• Research target industries, companies, and key decision-makers to build a strong lead database.
• Execute personalized email campaigns with timely follow-ups.
• Connect with potential clients through professional cold calling and introduce them to our services.
• Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) for outreach and lead management.
• Coordinate with the Business Development and Sales teams to schedule appointments or product demos.
• Keep detailed records of leads, outreach efforts, and responses in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry movements.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of

  relevant experience

  in B2B lead generation, ideally in the

  IT services domain

  .
• Proficient in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, ZoomInfo, and CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and objection handling.
• Proven experience in managing email campaigns and using email automation tools.
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and target-focused mindset.
