Job Description

Responsibilities: Recording Financial Transactions Entering daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, etc.) into accounting software or ledgers. Maintaining General Ledger Assisting in maintaining accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts. Reconciling Bank Statements Matching bank statements with internal records to identify and resolve discrepancies. Assisting with Month-End and Year-End Closing Supporting senior accountants during financial close processes by preparing journal entries, schedules, and reports. Preparing Financial Reports Generating basic financial statements and summaries (e.g., trial balance, profit & loss, balance sheet) under supervision. Managing Accounts Payable & Receivable Monitoring incoming and outgoing payments, processing invoices, and following up on outstanding receivables. Supporting Audits Gathering Documents, Answering Queries and Organizing Data for Internal & External Audits
