Job Description

Location: Greater Noida Company: Jain Brothers & Co. Work Days: 6 days a week (Off on Mondays) Job Type: Full-Time Must know or have basic knowledge of Tally and GST Key Responsibilities: Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks including data entry, invoicing, and record maintenance Maintain accurate books of accounts (Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Bank entries, etc.) Prepare and reconcile bank statements Support in GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting Manage petty cash and expense tracking Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payments and billing Help with documentation and audits as needed Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field 0–2 years of accounting experience preferred (freshers with strong basics may apply) Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, etc.) Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial principles Good organizational and communication skills Attention to detail and willingness to learn Working Hours: 6 days a week (Tuesday to Sunday) Monday is the weekly off Salary: Based on experience and qualifications How to Apply:Send your CV to prerna@jainbr.com or prerna2april@gmail.com and call on 9873705516.
