Java Backend Lead

---We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced backend lead to take a hands-on role in leading, developing, and maintaining the backend stack of FlyNava products.The ideal candidate will be deeply familiar with the full lifecycle of the product development process and possess a continuous improvement mindset.You will produce well-designed, efficient, and maintainable code, ensuring alignment with backend specifications.
