Roles and Responsibilities : Lead a team of Java developers to design, develop, test, and deploy microservices using Spring Boot. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure high-quality code reviews and adherence to coding standards within the team. Develop strategies for scaling up the technology stack based on project needs. Job Requirements : 9-15 years of experience in Java development with expertise in Spring Boot. Strong understanding of microservices architecture and its implementation using various frameworks (e.g., Apache Microservices). Excellent team handling skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working with large-scale enterprise applications with complex data processing pipelines.
