The project:

Aviation project with focus on airport structures such as terminal buildings, ATC towers, cargo terminal, hangars, metro stations, ancillary buildings, non-aeronautical buildings etc. in Ahmedabad.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Providing technical support for IT systems and infrastructure within airport facilities, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operations.

• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, diagnosing problems, and implementing effective solutions promptly.

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, networks, and related IT equipment to meet project requirements.

• Assisting in the deployment and maintenance of airport management software and other specialized IT applications.

• Conducting regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance and security of IT systems.

• Collaborating with IT engineers and project managers to implement new technologies and upgrades in line with project goals.

• Managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls to ensure data security and compliance with regulations.

• Documenting IT procedures, creating user manuals, and maintaining accurate records of technical support activities.

• Training airport staff on the use of IT systems and providing ongoing support to enhance their technical proficiency.

• Staying updated on the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve support services.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.

• Experience in IT support, preferably within large-scale infrastructure or airport projects.

• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues across various platforms.

• Strong understanding of network configurations, security protocols, and IT infrastructure management.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
