Role Description : This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Engineer. Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for computer systems, hardware and software.
Requisites:
1 year of Experience in following areas:
Technical Support, Information Technology, and Troubleshooting
System Administration and Help Desk Support
Ability to diagnose and fix hardware and software issues
SIM Card Gateway/ Predictive dialer
Domain Active Directory Server & Firewall - Sophos
CISCO L3 Networking Equipment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Network Administration
CCTV surveillance
Experience with Telecom Solutions is a plus
