What will your role look like Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, QA, Product Managers, Data Scientists). Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, sourcing strategies, and interview plans. Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, referrals, and events. Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both technical skills and culture fit.
