IT Recruiter (Middle East Market - Remote)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated IT Recruiter to support our recruitment operations for clients in the Abu Dhabi and Dubai markets . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT recruitment , an understanding of Middle East hiring trends , and the ability to work remotely with minimal supervision . Key Responsibilities: Source and screen candidates for IT positions across various technologies (Development, Infrastructure, ERP, Cloud, etc.) Work closely with hiring managers and clients based in Abu Dhabi and Dubai to understand job requirements and expectations. Utilize job boards, social media, and other sourcing techniques to attract high-quality talent. Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and provide detailed assessments. Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and regularly update clients on hiring status. Stay updated on Middle East labor laws, visa processes, and market trends Requirements Required Skills and Experience: 2 to 6 years of experience in IT recruitment, mandate exposure to the UAE / Middle East market. Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri Gulf, Bayt, and other platforms. Proven ability to recruit for roles like Software Engineers, Network Engineers, Cloud Architects, Data Analysts, etc. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with ATS tools and CRM systems. Ability to work independently in a remote work environment. Knowledge of visa and relocation processes for the UAE is a plus Show more Show less
